About the project
Nicholas Zaccardi (Nic) owns a weekend home in Sorrento and has engaged us to redesign his kitchen. He discovered our work through Instagram and resonated with our quiet, considered approach.
As someone who often hosts dinner parties, Nic envisioned a space that feels refined yet inviting. No strict budget was set, only a clear brief: to select the best-in-class appliances and craft a kitchen that matches the rhythm of his weekends by the sea.
I utilised the working triangle to plan the kitchen flow. The working triangle in kitchen design is made up of three main workstations/appliances. These are the sink, the refrigerator, and the cooker. To create the most optimum work flow to cook in the kitchen I followed this spatial design method
